Our bailiffs are fully qualified, experienced professional certificated bailiffs acting in accordance to ACEA guidelines. Our aim is to obtain the clients monies quickly and professionally, as possible without causing disruption to the tenant.

Commercial Rent Collection
We ensure that the client is kept fully informed at all times on the progress of the whole process.

Recovered monies are transferred instantly to a client nominated account. The service we provide is free with a negotiable nominal fee to the client when instruction is made in error and our bailiff’s have visited the premises.

Area: Surrey & South West England
Details: Lawson Maclaine are currently looking to employ Certificated Bailiffs within the Surrey area and South West England. We offer a competitive salary, including bonus and company vehicle. Experience in the collection of Council Tax & Business Rates would be an advantage, although further training will be given.
